Shipping and delivery of my fine art prints are handled with the utmost care to ensure that each piece arrives in perfect condition, ready to be displayed. We offer Australia-wide shipping, ensuring your order is delivered safely to your location. Please allow up to two to four weeks for delivery to accommodate the careful preparation, packaging, and shipping process, which may vary depending on your order.

Each print is meticulously inspected and securely packaged to protect it during transit. Given the exclusivity and craftsmanship of these prints, I take every precaution to ensure they reach you in the best possible condition.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled with care to ensure your satisfaction with my fine art prints. Please note that I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your print arrives damaged, I am committed to resolving the issue promptly.

To initiate a return or exchange for a damaged print, please follow these steps:

  2. Document the Damage: Take detailed pictures of the damage and any related packaging on the day you receive the parcel. This documentation is essential for processing your request.

  • Each of my exclusive prints is available in three carefully selected sizes, with the frame colour chosen to best compliment the image. I personally curate the sizes and framing for every piece, ensuring that it perfectly enhances the photograph. This meticulous approach guarantees that each print is presented in its most optimal form, reflecting both my artistic vision and unwavering commitment to quality.

  • Once an order has been received, it cannot be undone or cancelled. Each piece is carefully prepared and processed immediately.

  • Shipping can take up to two to four weeks, depending on the number of prints purchased and where in Australia you're situated. Each piece is handled with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
